The iScoutNetwork™API is a non-intrusive solution, delivering IP reputation intelligence on a 24×7 basis enabling applications to extend into reputation defense. It provides “out-of-the-box” benefits from the instance of integration; and it brings a growing and adaptive source of continuous global IP intelligence from iScoutNetwork™ on a persistent basis.

The DigitalStakeout MCT Threat Score is the likelihood a queried IP address is a threatening IP address. The scores range from 1 to 200 with higher scores representing a greater significance of threat. DigitalStakeout processes over 100 million threat intelligence events on over 12 million unique IP address per day to build its IP reputation database of 200+ million IP addresses.

The iScoutNetwork API™ enables security devices and applications to consume IP address reputation intelligence through a simple, lightweight HTTP REST API. Developers can access DigitalStakeout’s IP reputation data using simple HTTP methods, using either XML or JSON formats, making this an ideal API for developing reputation based client applications.
